The Mushroom was designed by Vilhelm Wohlert in 1957for Nobel laureate and physicist Niels Bohr’s residence, in Copenhagen. The lamp was re-launched in 2019 and has since been one of our most popular wall lamps. It’s characteristic shape and hand-pleated lampshade, with its mushroom shape similarity, contributed to the lamps name.
